how fast is delivery?
UK orders ship within one working day and arrive in 2 to 3. Delivery is free over £50, and £3.95 otherwise. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves us.
what if the cue isn't right for me?
No drama. You've got 30 days to return anything in its original condition for a full refund, even if you've had a few practice frames with it.
is there a warranty?
Every Kudos cue and case carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If something's not right, we'll repair or replace it.
which cue should i buy?
Start with our size and buying guide: length, weight and tip size in plain English. Still unsure? Message us with your height and the game you play, and we'll pick for you.
can i replace the tip myself?
Yes. Our tips are standard pressed leather and any club fitter can swap one in minutes. Spare tips are in cases and accessories.
do you sell to clubs and shops?
